Where healing
meets the sacred.
You don't have to choose between the therapy room and the altar. Both are welcome here.
Welcome, Beloved.
I'm so glad you're here.
I'm Danyelle, (she/they), a psychotherapist, social worker, Hoodoo practitioner, tarot reader, and space tender. I'm a Black|Queer|Femme, neurospicy person, who has always believed these things belong together.
I use my formal clinical training alongside my spiritual gifts and ancestral lineage to create a healing-centered, compassionate space. My practice centers QTBIPOC communities, neurodivergent folks, and anyone who has felt unseen in traditional healing spaces.
You don't have to explain yourself here. You are already understood.
More about the work…
This is healing that doesn't ask you to leave any part of yourself at the door.
I'm a social worker and therapist by training, a Hoodoo practitioner and diviner by calling and I've never believed those things needed to be separate. The people I work with are often looking for a space that holds both the clinical and the sacred, both the relational and the ancestral. A space that was actually built with them in mind.
Tides Healing runs on a different kind of logic. QTBIPOC-centered, liberation-rooted, and grounded in the belief that your worth has nothing to do with your productivity. You don't have to earn rest, care, or your place here.
We work through readings, ritual, ancestral connection, somatic and spiritual practice. We meet in the tender places and the complicated ones. I hold space for folx who have been pushed to the margins of gender, sexuality, religion, socio-economics, and more. You don't have to shrink yourself to fit here. This space was made for your full size.
For therapy, I practice through Kinship Counseling Collective.
